Acceptance of Terms

By using the WANDACE pop-up feature, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any related policies provided on the platform.

Service Description

The pop-up service allows users to create visual product displays using the information from their WANDACE catalog.

User Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content shown in your pop-ups (including product descriptions, prices, and images).
• You agree not to use the pop-up service to display content that is misleading, illegal, infringing, or violates any third-party rights.
• You agree not to interfere with or misuse the technical operation of the pop-up feature.

Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your product data and content. However, by using the pop-up service, you grant Wandace UG a non-exclusive license to process, display, and optimize this content for the purpose of rendering and tracking the pop-up.

Data and Privacy

Visitor data collected through pop-ups (such as clicks or engagement metrics) is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the pop-up service complies with applicable data protection regulations in your region.

Availability and Modifications

WANDACE reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the pop-up service at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any data loss, revenue loss, or interruption caused by such changes.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the pop-up feature if you violate these Terms or engage in abusive or unlawful behavior.

Limitation of Liability

WANDACE is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the pop-up service. Use the service at your own risk.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes shall be handled by the courts of Berlin, unless otherwise required by law.
